My name is Jim Gilbert, InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector.

I chose this as a profession to be able to help people make sound decisions. This is a major event for most people and they need to feel good about that decision. This is what made me want to do home inspections full-time.

This is a privately owned business so you deal with me on all aspects of the process.

With many years of Engineering and broad knowledge of Home Construction prior to becoming a full-time Certified Professional Inspector, this provides me the ability and knowledge to be able to recognize problems with materials, installations, and workmanship others might miss.

This knowledge allows me to accurately inspect the condition of your home so that you, my client, will have the knowledge to make a sound decision.
